Mr. Wydell D. Lander Obituary (1951

ATTLEBORO – Wydell D. Lander, 64, of Attleboro passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at the Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA. Born on February 8, 1951 in Attleboro, MA he was a son of the late Richard and Annetta (Bristow) Lander Wydell grew up in Norton, MA and was a 1970 graduate of Norton High School. While a resident of Norton he volunteered for the Norton Fire Department from 1968 – 1976. Wydell was employed by Reliable Electroplating in Norton, the Foxboro Company and most recently by Engelhard Industries Inc. where he worked for over 15 years. He enjoyed muscle cars, cooking and especially spending time with his loving grandchildren. Wydell is survived by his two sons, Craig Lander and his wife Jennifer of Attleboro and Eric Lander and his wife Bethany of Seekonk; five grandchildren, Camden, Calia and Clarke Lander all of Seekonk and Grayson and Ryker Lander of Attleboro; two brothers, Wain “Danny” Lander and Todd Lander both of Attleboro; also his former wife, Diane Lander of Attleboro and his many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Monday, January 4, 2016 from 4-7:30 p.m. in the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street Attleboro followed by a funeral service at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will take place privately at a later date.
