Mr. Thomas Krzywonos Obituary (1919

ATTLEBORO – Thomas Krzywonos, 95, of South Attleboro passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Sacred Heart Nursing & Rehabilitation, New Bedford. He was the husband of the late Mary (Skawinski) Stack. Born January 6, 1919 in Central Falls, RI, he was a son of the late Wojciech and Katarzyna (Kulik) Krzywonos. Tom was educated in the Pawtucket school system. He was employed as a chef for Hoffbrau Restaurant in RI and was a foreman at New England Paper Tube Company until his retirement in 1984. Tom grew on the family farm which was located where the K-Mart shopping center is now in South Attleboro. He enjoyed traveling, flea markets, rebuilding bicycles, playing cards, singing and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his children; Thomas E. Stack and his wife Muriel of Florida and Cynthia A. and her husband Jack Reynolds of Westport; his grandchildren, Perry Stack, Kelly Beaudry, Jeffery Stack, Tracey Ferguson, Maryann Wojcik, Shannon Reynolds, Rick Stack and Todd Stack; 11 great grandchildren; a sister, Mary Kullas of Norton; a brother, Stanley Krzywonos of N.C. and many nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Richard and Donald Stack and brother of the late Stasia Slota, Genevieve Salisbury, Joseph Krzywonos, Charles Krzywonos and Michael Kryzwonos. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian burial on Monday, May 19 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Theresa's Church, 18 Baltic St., South Attleboro. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, North Attleboro. Visitation has been respectfully omitted.
