Mr. Scott Richard Hathaway Obituary (1970

ATTLEBORO – Scott Richard Hathaway, 48, of Attleboro, passed away at his home on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. He was the devoted husband to Melissa A. Hathaway of Attleboro whom he married on October 3, 1998. Born on January 27, 1970 in Nashua, New Hampshire, Scott was a loving son of Kenneth and Laura (Cook) Hathaway. Scott enjoyed collecting planes and coins and he loved his Red Sox and Patriots as he was an avid sports fan. He also enjoyed researching his ancestry and studying history, in particular WWII history as his Grandfather had fought in the war. Scott’s greatest love was spending time with his adoring family. He will be missed by all. In addition to his wife and parents, Scott is survived by his children, Christian Hathaway of Attleboro, Tiffany and her husband Kenneth Marciello of Billerica, Joshua Taylor and Amanda Taylor both of Attleboro; his grandchild, Julian Taylor of Attleboro; his siblings, Mark Hathaway and his wife Terry of Attleboro, Glenn Hathaway and his wife Laura of Attleboro, Julie and her husband Mike Haynes of Attleboro and Neil Hathaway and his wife Melissa of Attleboro; his grandmother, Priscilla Cook of North Attleboro and many nieces and nephews. He was the grandson of the late Walter Cook and E. Frank and Helen Hathaway. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, September 8th, 2018 at 12:30 PM in the Faith Alliance Church, 833 Pleasant St, Attleboro. Burial will take place privately.
