Scott P. Brodeur Obituary (1969

Scott P. Brodeur, 44, of Taunton, passed away suddenly at home on Friday, July 26, 2013. Born in Attleboro on May 14, 1969, he was a son of Joanne Rocha and Emil Brodeur of Barnstable MA. He was raised in Attleboro prior to his moving to Taunton. Scott was educated in Attleboro schools and was a 1987 graduate of Bishop Feehan High School. He also graduated from UMass Stockbridge with a degree in Turf Management. Scott worked for TruGreen for seventeen years, currently holding the position of Service Manager in the Franklin, MA facility. He previously worked at several local golf courses and landscape companies. Scott was a devoted father and avid Patriots and Red Sox fan. He enjoyed camping, traveling and spending time with his family. In addition to his parents, Scott is survived by two sons; Jacob Brodeur and Jeremy Brodeur, both of Taunton, a brother; Ryan Brodeur and his wife Sen, and their daughter Fiona, of Brooklyn, NY, maternal grandmother Mary Rocha of Attleboro, his girlfriend Jenn Start of Taunton, and many cousins, aunts, and uncles. He was previously married to Lisa Brodeur of Taunton. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, August 2, 2013 from 5PM - 8 PM in the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck St. Attleboro. A funeral service will follow visitation at 8 PM in the funeral home. Burial will be private.
