Mrs. Sandy F. Quaglia Obituary (1943

REHOBOTH – Sandra F. Quaglia, 71, of Rehoboth passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2015 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Joseph A. Quaglia of Rehoboth. Born December 15, 1943 in Attleboro, MA she was the daughter of the late Arthur Woodrow Rock and Doris Louise (Turcotte) Rock. Sandra grew up in the Hebronville section of Attleboro. She worked as an assistant to the Rehoboth Veterans Agent and also was employed at the Sun Chronicle and the Robbins Company for many years. She enjoyed bowling, visiting the casino, motorcycling, being an active member of Blackstone Valley H.O.G., scuba diving traveling and cooking for her family. In addition to her husband, Sandra is survived by her two sons, Brian J. Quaglia Sr. and his wife Mianzie W. Quaglia (Wanawan); Grandsons, Brian J. Quaglia II, Marc W. Quaglia and David R. Quaglia all of Rehoboth and her son Russell R. Quaglia; 2 grandsons and a great granddaughter Rose Quaglia all of Cumberland, RI. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Monday, January 5, 2014 from 4-8 p.m. in the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street Attleboro. A funeral will be conducted on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 9 a.m. from the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Mount Carmel, 984 Taunton Ave., Seekonk, MA. Burial will follow in Stevens Corner Cemetery, Rehoboth.
