John Doe Obituary (1965 - 2022) - Attleboro, Massachusetts

Eric Christian Ullman 56, of Foxborough, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 after a long illness. He is survived by his parents, Roseann (LaPlante) and Richard Ullman of West Brookfield, MA., his two sons Christian Jacob Ullman of North Kingstown, RI., and Nicholas Tyler Ullman of Providence, RI., his ex-wife Gail Bavaro Ullman also of Providence, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Eric was born in Meriden, Connecticut, and he graduated from South Kingstown High School in Rhode Island. Eric while attending excelled in soccer and wrestling. He also went on to graduate from Johnson & Wales with a degree in culinary arts. Eric worked in the food and restaurant industry throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Eric being a great leader and educator had taught culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu in Boston for several years before they closed. He achieved certification as an Executive Chef while teaching there. Eric was also an avid rock music buff for many years having his own band playing local venues. He also loved to fish and indulge in historical and fictional movies. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
