Jacqueline E. Carlstrom Obituary (1936

Jacqueline E. Carlstrom, 76, of Park Street, Attleboro, a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed on Sunday, March 3, 2013 in the Madonna Manor Nursing Home, North Attleboro. She was the beloved wife of Ronald J. Carlstrom, Sr., to whom she was married for fifty seven years. Born Jacqueline Tremblay in Attleboro on June 15, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Beatrice Chartier Tremblay. Jacqueline was educated in Attleboro schools and was a graduate of Attleboro High School. She was a talented florist who worked at the former Wagner's Flower Shop in Attleboro years ago, and later at Flowers By the Station in Attleboro for many years prior to retirement. She enjoyed camping and working on puzzles with all her friends at Hope Gardens. She particularly loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchild. In addition to her husband Ronald, Jacqueline is survived by five children; Ronald J. Carlstrom, Jr. and daughter in law Diane Vance Carlstrom of Attleboro, Michelle Mador and her husband Mike of West Bethel, Maine, Kevin Carlstrom and his wife Julie of Berkley, MA, Keith Carlstrom and his wife Debbie of Rehoboth, and Curtis Carlstrom of Attleboro, five siblings; Raymond Tremblay of Bethel, Maine, Connie Burrick of San Jose, CA, Bernice Blanchard of Brooksfield, Florida, Patricia Caponigro of Attleboro, and Norman Tremblay of Maine, eleven grandchildren; Tanya Sakowicz of Chicopee, Ronald J. Carlstrom, III of Albion, RI, Christopher Carlstrom of Central Falls, Laura Carlstrom of Cumberland, Mitchell Carlstrom, Coley Carlstrom, and Rachel Carlstrom, all of Berkley, Brelyn Carlstrom and Brittney Carlstrom of Rehoboth, Chloe Carlstrom of Attleboro, and Shawn Mador of West Bethel, Maine, a great granddaughter; Emerson Carlstrom of Albion, RI, and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Richard Tremblay, Robert Tremblay, and Lorraine Esterbrook. At the request of Jacqueline's family, all funeral arrangements entrusted to the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro are private.
