Graham D. Haskell Obituary (1927

Graham D. Haskell, 86, of Richardson Avenue, Attleboro, a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed suddenly on July 26, 2013 in Sturdy Memorial Hospital. Born in Attleboro on May 7, 1927, he was a son of the late Foster and Edith Nelson Haskell. He served his country with honor as a member of the United States Army in Germany during World War II. Graham was the owner and operator of Haskell Bus Service, Inc. of Attleboro, proudly transporting school children for over fifty years. He would want to be remembered as a farmer and for his love of animals and the land. Graham is survived by his loving wife of sixty one years Margaret L. Craik Haskell and his five children; Ronald D. Haskell and his wife Paula of Attleboro, Neal G. Haskell and his wife Linda of Attleboro, Deborah L. Roy and her husband David of Rehoboth, Gail M. Roy and her husband Donald of Rehoboth, and Brenda A. Haskell of Attleboro. Graham also leaves ten loving grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Also survived by a sister; Phyllis LeMay and her husband Walter of Attleboro, and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a graveside service on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 3:30 PM in Oak Knoll Cemetery, Tremont Street, Rehoboth. In lieu of flowers and for those wishing to remember Graham in a special way, contributions in his memory may be made to the animal shelter of your choice.
