Carolyn Kosowski

KOSOWSKI – Carolyn L., 84, lifetime resident of Attleboro, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, December 22, 2022. She was the loving wife of Paul Kosowski of Attleboro.

Born in Attleboro, MA on February 2, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Virginia (Merrill) Holbrook.

Carolyn was a graduate of Attleboro High School and was later employed at Texas Instruments for many years before her retirement.

She loved to garden, travel and was an avid animal lover. Carolyn enjoyed spending time with her sister at the area senior centers and creating photo albums. Her fondest times were spent with her family, especially with her granddaughter, Jillian.

In addition to her husband, Carolyn is survived by her loving two children, Susan O’Neill of Attleboro and Michael Kosowski of Attleboro; her cherished granddaughter, Jillian O’Neill of Attleboro and many other extended family members. She also leaves her beloved dog “Brady”.

She was the mother of the late Stephen Kosowski.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2022 at the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro. A funeral home service will immediately follow at 12 p.m. Burial will then follow at Hillside Cemetery, Attleboro.

The family has requested bright colors be worn at the funeral services in celebration of Carolyn’s life.
