Mrs. Rita B. Rainey

WEST WARWICK- Rita B. Rainey, 82, of West Warwick, RI passed away on Sunday, July 15th, 2018 at the Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI.

She was born on January 11th, 1936 in Providence, RI. Rita was the dear daughter of the late Wilfred and Olga (Kosinski) Cady.

Rita will be remembered for her unconditional love she showed to every single person she met.

Rita is survived by her dear children, Denise Durham and her companion Corey Martin of Penacook, NH, Steven Rainey and his wife Paula of Attleboro, Daniel Rainey and his wife Lori of Lee, NH, David Rainey and his companion Elisa Rouse of Prescott, AZ, and Donna Soares and her husband Brian of Windham, ME; her grandchildren, Amy Stone and her husband Jackson, Heather Deschenes and her husband Mark, Jillian Ellis and her husband Derek, Erica Rainey, Jessica Wirkkala and her husband Nick, Justin Rainey, John Rainey, Alex Rainey and his wife Ashley, Susanna Marschhausen and her husband Michael, and Grace Soares; her great-grandchildren, Kyle Martel, Mylah Stone, Julia Deschenes, Paxton and Kennedy Wirkkala, Aubrey Rainey, Luken Marschhausen, and Bailey and Madison Ellis.

In addition to her parents, Rita is predeceased by her son, Keith Rainey.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, July 19th from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. immediately followed by a service at 2:00 p.m. in the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street Attleboro.

Burial will follow in St. Stephen’s Cemetery, South Main Street, Attleboro.
