Jill Ann Carol Blais

July 19, 1960 - July 21, 2021

NORTON- Jill Ann Carol Blais, 61, of Norton, passed away on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston surrounded by her loving family and her beloved children. Jill was born July 19, 1960 in Pawtucket, RI to Ronald and Marlene (Benoit) Blais. She was a graduate of Attleboro High School and had most recently resided in Norton. Upon graduation Jill enlisted in the United States Army and served until her Honorable discharge. Jill worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home. She enjoyed listening to music, crossword puzzles, writing, drawing, cruising and spending long days at the beach. Jill also enjoyed dancing and going out and about as often as she could. She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Norton and attended Mass at La Salette Shrine. The joy of Jill’s life was time spent with her grandchildren, she loved babysitting her daughters’ children on a regular basis. Jill treasured time with family and friends no matter the occasion. She especially enjoyed sleeping over at her daughters’ house on Thanksgiving to go Black Friday shopping for Christmas gifts with Amy. In addition to her parents, Jill is survived by her daughter, Amy Blais and her fiancé Dean McKearney both of North Attleboro; her son, Timothy Theodorides and his wife Christine of Dighton; her adored grandchildren, Marissa, Jason Jr., Brady and Mariah Amaral all of North Attleboro, Lance and Chase Theodorides both of Dighton; sisters, Debbie Papineau and husband Roger of Rehoboth, Suzanne Blais and George Jung of Norton; brothers, Larry Blais of Riverside, RI, David Blais and his wife Trish of Woonsocket, RI. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, 1 Power Street, Norton MA.
