Mrs. Grace L. Duran

ATTLEBORO- Grace L. Duran, 69, of Attleboro, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. She was the former wife to the late Alex Bojorquez and the late Ramon Jesus Duran.

Grace was born on December 24, 1947, in Longview, Washington. She was the loving daughter of the late Leonard III and Myrtle M. (Gould) Van Gemert.
For many years, Grace worked in Attleboro as a Medal Infuser for the Norkin Company.

In her spare time, Grace enjoyed going on long bike rides, playing various types of different games, reading books and listening to her various music selection. However, she was most happy when she was in the company of her treasured family.

Grace is survived by her cherished children, Paul Bojorquez of Attleboro, Michael Bojorquez of Pawtucket, Jesus Duran of North Carolina and Eva Duran of Attleboro; her stepchild, Ramon Duran of Virginia; her 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; her siblings, Veronica Nye of WA, Karen L. Johnson of VA and Peter D. Van Gemert of FL; and also many friends and extended family.

Grace is predeceased by her daughter, Anita Bojorquez and her siblings Leonard M. Van Gemert, Patricia L. Dunn and James Van Gemert Sr.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation on Wednesday, December 27, 2017, from 5 -6 p.m. in the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck St. Attleboro. A memorial service will follow at 6 p.m. in the funeral home

Burial will take place at a later date.
