Mrs. Gertrude L. Harvey Obituary (1941

ATTLEBORO – Gertrude “Trudy” L. Harvey, 75, of Attleboro passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at the Country Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Swansea, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Raymond E. Harvey II. Born on September 15, 1941 in Framingham, MA she was a daughter of the late Henry Chisholm and Ellen (Moss) Chisholm. Trudy held many jobs but homemaker was her prime role as her family always came first. She enjoyed playing board games, trivia and loved knitting. Trudy was a devoted member of the Jehovah Witness- Attleboro Congregation. Trudy is survived by her children, Laura Torres and Raymond Harvey III both of Attleboro, Margaret Bienvenue of Norton, Steve Harvey, Richard Harvey, John Harvey, Ellen Carlson and Jennifer Harvey all of Attleboro. In addition to her children, she is survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Trudy leaves behind her siblings, James Chisholm of Bridgewater, Herbert Chisholm of Norton, Charles Chisholm of Attleboro and Dorothy Chisholm of Pawtucket, RI; also many nieces and nephews. Trudy was predeceased by her siblings, Elizabeth (Betty) Murray; John (Jack) Chisholm and Constance Villenueve. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 2 – 4:30 pm in the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck St. Attleboro, immediately followed by a Funeral Service at 4:30 pm in the funeral home. Burial will be held privately at a later date.
