Duffy-Poule Funeral Home was nothing short of amazing through this extremely difficult time! Especially when I came to David at the last minute to switch up a few things, he assured me it could be done and it was! It was such a beautiful service for a beautiful woman, my grandmother! I would just like to commend Ryan on such a professional and yet personal handling of my husband Brad’s services. My whole family was impressed on his attention to detail and understanding of what we were all feeling. I guess you could say he made the best of a very sad situation. His funeral home easily accommodated a large amount of visitors, with plenty of parking. I highly recommend you using his services if you ever are in need. We cannot thank Ryan and the staff enough for the wonderful heartfelt support and service given to us at the visitation/funeral of our Mom Elena Clarke. Every detail was handled with the utmost of respect and sympathy. Visitation was perfect and wishes were handled to the letter. Every question answered and explained every step of the way. The funeral mass was coordinated and executed to the last detail. The procession to Massachusetts National Cemetery and memorial there was beautiful. Thank You for making a very difficult time so much easier to bare.

I was so appreciative of the care given to the planning of the services for my father. It was such a difficult time and I really just needed the expertise offered. Now 8 months has passed since my fathers services were held and Christmas is just days away. My dad has been on my mine a lot and this will be the first Christmas without him. Today on my doorstep from Duffy-Poule I found a beautiful framed print with a poem entitled Merry Christmas from Heaven.... I will never forget this thoughtful gesture- it means the world to me.

Through a hard time for my family these guys were amazing . Ryan Seth and Dave are all outgoing and truly caring individuals .. they made the process a lot easier then I thought it would be to deal with .... it is a sad and unfortunate thing to have to go through losing someone but these guys we’re definitely a huge help in dealing with the process

Everyone at Duffy-Poule was extremely sympathetic and helpful during the planning process of my uncle’s funeral. We had a lot of requests and they made all of them happen to the best of their ability. The challenge was pulling everything together in two days as it was just before Christmas. I believe what made them effective was that they were very communicative before, during, and after so we always knew what was going on. They remained in contact after the funeral to be sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied. Thank you for making a difficult situation much more peaceful. You took away our stress and worry and allowed us to focus on the grieving process. Everything was beautifully done

One of the greatest gifts my parents gave my brothers and I were making all the arrangements for their funeral. Fortunately we were in the strong capable hands of Ryan O'Hanlon at Duffy Poule Every detail was taken care of in a caring and professional way. No request was too big or too small. There are not enough words to describe how very helpful Tom was during this difficult process. Tom not only made it easier for us , but he genuinely listened to all we asked for and what we wanted for our dad. Tom was so very comforting to our mom and checked on her continuously. He was the perfect person for our group.
